Items that can be Exchanged  

We are giving the facility of exchange service in case of receiving the defective product or not in accordance with our customer’s specifications.

  • The product that is being exchanged by the customer must be complete and intact.
  • There should not be the utilization of the received product that is being exchanged.
  • Item packaging should be unblemished and intact.

 Items that cannot be Exchanged

  • All accessories are final sale, & exchange is NOT possible on any accessory
  • If the product is not complete or if even a single item is missing
    If the product is customized according to size, style, and fabric
  • If the product gets stained, emitting perfume scent or body odors, and got damaged even a bit
  • The discounted sale merchandise cannot be exchanged

Procedure for Exchange

For exchange of your purchased item, please email at cs@andreemillio.com,  our customer care will handle your query. You can exchange the item at our provided address written below under the title ‘Exchange Address, please note the courier cost of exchanging the item will be borne by the customer if the issue is other than the damage to the product. In case the item is damaged or the size you ordered is not the size you received, Please note that we do not accept exchange  for those products that are not purchased through pk.andreemilio.com

With original receipt

You can exchange the defective item (if any), unwashed, and unworn within ten days of purchase; the original purchase receipt will be required for exchanging the item with a full paid price.

Without an original receipt:

  • You can also exchange the defective item (if any), unwashed, and unworn without the original receipt but the product will then be assessed as per the current selling price of that time; and the customer will be offered an exchange service with the same or high value.
    The right to refuse the excessive non-receipted exchanges is reserved by Andre Emilio
  • The product sold at a discounted price will not be exchangeable.
  • The garments sold after alteration are considered final sales and cannot be exchanged

 Time limit

You will be facilitated with exchange service during the course of  7 working days after the delivery of the product. The original receipt of product will be required for your ease and our convenience.
