At Andre Emilio, every suit is prepared with close attention to fitting, style, and customer satisfaction. Our process is designed to make sure each customer receives the correct size, selected design, and proper fitting before final delivery.

Our Tailoring Process

When a customer visits our store, we first take complete body measurements and confirm all design selections, fabric choices, and customization details.

After confirmation, the selected suit is sent for half-stitch preparation. Once the half-stitched suit is ready, the customer is invited back to the store for a fitting session. During this stage, the customer tries on the suit so our tailoring team can carefully check the fitting, balance, comfort, and overall look.

If any adjustment or size correction is required, the changes are made immediately before the suit is sent for final finishing.

After final stitching and finishing, the customer is invited again for final receiving and fitting confirmation. The customer can inspect the complete suit, including fitting, design, style details, and finishing work before taking delivery.

If any minor fitting adjustment is still needed at the time of receiving, we provide free alterations to ensure customer satisfaction.

Our team focuses on every detail throughout the complete process to deliver the best possible fit and experience.

Exchange Eligibility

Exchange requests may only be considered in the following situations:

If the delivered item has a manufacturing defect
If the delivered item does not match the confirmed order specifications
If there is an issue caused during production from our side

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Exchange or return will not be applicable in the following cases:
  • Customized garments prepared according to customer measurements and selected styling options
  • Accessories and sale items
  • Products that have been used, worn, stained, damaged, or altered by anyone other than our tailoring team
  • Garments with perfume scent, body odor, or visible marks
  • Incomplete items or products with missing components

Alteration Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. During the delivery and receiving process, if any fitting adjustment is required, we provide free minor alterations through our store tailoring service.

Exchange & Alteration Time Frame

We carefully verify every part of the suit with the customer during the receiving process. Since all suits are custom-made according to individual measurements and preferences, we do not offer return or exchange after final approval and delivery.

  • Original purchase proof may be required for exchange or alteration requests.
  • Discounted or clearance items are considered final sale.
  • Customized garments are prepared specifically for each customer and therefore are generally non-refundable.
  • Final approval is provided during the fitting and receiving process to ensure the customer is satisfied before completion.
